Personal training offers a one on one atmosphere with Justin, a certified personal trainer.  Training sessions will not only give you a heart pumping workout, but will also provide you with fitness and nutrition plans, stretching techniques, and instruction on proper form; all designed to help you meet your fitness goals in a private, comfortable setting.   

            BOOT CAMP

 

Join friends, neighbors, and others looking to challenge their minds and bodies in our group boot camp classes.  These classes are held outdoors and will test your physical toughness with a mix of cardio, weight training, plyometrics, and cross fit.

 

Each class, led by a certified personal trainer, will be different than the last.  Blast through plateaus and boredom and get boot camp fit today!

            X-FIT TRAINING

 

Our X-Fit training takes principles from interval training, boxing, kick boxing, plyometrics, and cross fit and combines them into one high octane, fat blasting workout.  

 

Learn safe and effective techniques while sculpting the body you have always dreamed of.  X-fit training is available for one-on-one sessions, and is offered once a week in a group setting.
